About the role

  • Identify and reach out to new leads through online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Keep CRM records up to date with lead and client information
  • Work with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns in India and global markets
  • Learn and understand RChilli’s HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients
  • Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (SaaS/HR Tech preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup
