About the role
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC, webinars).
- Conduct research to identify new markets, target accounts, and buyer personas.
- Track and report campaign performance (leads generated, engagement, ROI).
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Manage and update CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Support the creation of campaign assets such as email templates, landing pages, and social content.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest new ideas for lead generation.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, demand generation, or lead generation roles (internships considered).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and demand generation strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
