Lead and oversee daily purchasing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies.
Manage the transition and ongoing use of Sage Intacct for purchasing workflows.
Ensure all purchasing activities are centralized, standardized, and properly documented.
Partner with Finance to align purchasing data with financial reporting.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure quality goods and services.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and contract optimization.
Partner with clinical and operational teams to forecast purchasing needs.
Ensure alignment between purchasing, inventory management, and operational demand.
Support coordination across departments for timely procurement.
Develop and maintain purchasing dashboards and reports.
Monitor key metrics such as spend trends and vendor performance.
Provide insights to Finance and leadership to support budgeting.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in purchasing, materials management, or supply chain operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
Experience in healthcare or FQHC environment (preferred).
Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar) (preferred).
Background in finance, operations, or business administration (preferred).
