• Independently assess, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on ski and snowboard-related conditions, including a high volume of acute knee injuries (e.g., ACL ruptures)
• Independently facilitate onward imaging (e.g., MRI/X-ray) as required
• Rebook follow-up appointments and help manage practitioner diaries
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and patient records
• Deliver evidence-based practice with clinical supervision
• Perform therapeutic and sports massage therapy to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
• Greet patients, assist with check-ins, and provide a welcoming clinic environment
• Assist with customer service inquiries and off the shelf product recommendations to walk-in clients
• Facilitate patient transport as required
• Maintain stock levels and assist in clinic stock reporting
