About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing multiple projects, from beginning to end, with accountability for project execution
Lead major projects, identify process issues and recommend improvements to senior leaders
Provide clear and consistent communication, both oral and written, to all project stakeholders
Drive follow-up on all action items assigned to the project team and stakeholders
Create and maintain project tracking tools to ensure all parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities
Mentor and coach team members and encourage positive team atmosphere
Ability to travel up to 25% to visit and oversee projects on location

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Project Management, Accounting, or Finance experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and related disciplines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team and or independently
Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times
The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different
