About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects, from beginning to end, with accountability for project execution
  • Lead major projects, identify process issues and recommend improvements to senior leaders
  • Provide clear and consistent communication, both oral and written, to all project stakeholders
  • Drive follow-up on all action items assigned to the project team and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project tracking tools to ensure all parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach team members and encourage positive team atmosphere
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to visit and oversee projects on location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Project Management, Accounting, or Finance experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Engineering discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team and or independently
  • Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times
  • The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different
