About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage scientific team responsible for delivery of a full range of strategic publication focus
Lead and manage account to create high-quality, accurate medical / scientific content
Develop and grow publication work partnering with VPs of scientific and client services
Identify and develop strategic and tactical business recommendations
Develop / lead / facilitate key strategy workshops
Articulate scientific and therapeutic information in oncology
Foster innovation and collaboration across Ashfield MedComms

Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD, PharmD, MD
10+ years of experience of relevant medical communications experience
In-depth understanding of publication oncology work
Track record of successful scientific leadership across several clients/therapeutic categories
US launch experience required; Global experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing staff / direct reports (potentially based across multiple locations)
