About the role

  • Provide essential administrative, operational, and coordination support for Hub activities.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, virtual sessions, travel, and logistics for Hub committees and member engagements.
  • Prepare and organize agendas, briefing notes, minutes, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Maintain well-organized digital filing systems and records.
  • Support member communications and engagement activities for Associate and Consortium members.
  • Monitor progress of activities and flag delays or deviations for follow-up.
  • Collect and compile feedback and outcomes from Hub events and member engagements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date overview of Hub engagements across initiatives and programs.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in project or program coordination, operations support, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse institutions and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track progress across activities.
  • Experience supporting research, data collection, or synthesis of findings is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills for reports, meeting summaries, and event documentation.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative processes efficiently.
