About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and code for challenging design problems.
Improve designs by expanding and enhancing the in-house design system.
Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
Work on our mobile web app by talking with customers, wireframing new flows, implementing its design system, and using it to make wireframes a reality.
Build flexible, composable components in our design system that allow other engineers to easily build consistent setup wizards.
Help improve the information hierarchy and scannability of design for viewing candidate assessments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of continuous experience as an Engineer or a Designer.
Good proficiency in both Design and Engineering, with exceptional proficiency in the discipline you practice full-time.
Experience designing products and shipping code to hundreds of users (even if through side projects).
