About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of customer-facing experience supporting a complex and rapidly evolving product.
- Skilled at defining the scope of problems and creating comprehensive solutions independently and collaboratively.
- Possess keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse user groups and be curious in creating solutions.
