Product Manager

• Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and business goals
• Drive product development by working closely with engineering teams and managers to prioritize work, manage bug backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct comprehensive customer and market research to identify pain points, emerging trends, and competitive threats
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), analyzing ROI for new features and products
• Collaborate with customer support teams to discover and resolve customer issues effectively
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure competitive and effective messaging
• Engage with the user community to gather feedback and build product champions
• Stay current in the competitive landscape to ensure our product maintains market leadership
