• Own the software development process from concept to deployment with some guidance from senior engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to enable secure and scalable integrations with third-party platforms and partner systems.

• Design, build, and operate large-scale, distributed data systems that handle high-volume, high-velocity data with strong guarantees around reliability and performance.
• Write high-performance Go services, with a focus on efficient data processing, concurrency, and memory usage.
• Own the architecture and evolution of data ingestion and storage systems, making pragmatic decisions that balance performance, cost, and operational complexity.

• As a Platform SRE, Reliability Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for developing tools and services that support Todyl’s Application hosting infrastructure, including but not limited to K8s and baremetal.
• Implement and enforce security policies, access control and system patching.
• Build automation to improve the reliability and reduce human interaction for Day 2 Operations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering and deliver solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders and the business.
• Improve Application monitoring and alerting to minimize time to detect and time to restore.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with the team and be available during off-hours for emergency pages.

Account Executive

• Lead strategic enterprise-level sales engagements for a unified cybersecurity platform, including SASE, SIEM, MDR, GRC, EDR, and Zero Trust
• Partner with C-suite executives and security leadership to align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives

Customer Success Manager

• Ensure incredible customer experience using Todyl and grow strong relationships across our existing customer base through proactive customer engagements, based on timing, usage, telemetry, and health scoring.
• Drive all customer interactions with a value-add approach, first and foremost, while also growing relationships and advocating for growth opportunities
• Follow a well-defined methodology leveraging proactive “calls to action” and playbooks to help identify the customer's unique needs and clearly convey the value of Todyl
• Aggressively identify and drive Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) from engagements with partners to the Account management team for expansion, upsell, and customer growth.
• Have a complete technical understanding of the Todyl product stack and act as technical advisor to customers to ensure they’re leveraging the product effectively
• Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
• Manage an active requisition load of approximately 5–8 roles at a time, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and advise on hiring strategy.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels and techniques, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive candidate assessment processes, including screening, coordination, and offer support.
• Build and continuously improve recruiting foundations, processes, and documentation as the first in-house recruiter.

Support Engineer

• Own advanced technical case resolution across Todyl’s platform (SASE, SGN, Secure DNS, Endpoint, Zero Trust), driving issues to closure with precision, urgency, empathy and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis, leveraging logs, packet captures, telemetry, and tooling to resolve complex platform, configuration, and environmental issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers, guiding case strategy, validating next steps, and ensuring customers experience faster, more accurate resolutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to triage defects, raise prioritized Jira tickets, validate fixes, and advocate for customer-impacting improvements.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and proactively with customers, providing status updates, expectations, technical explanations, and actionable guidance throughout the support lifecycle.
• Create, maintain, and improve knowledge resources, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and internal documentation to uplift team capability and efficiency.
• Analyze recurring patterns and trends, identify emerging issues, and recommend process, tooling, or product enhancements to reduce case volume and improve stability.
• Drive operational excellence in support delivery, consistently meeting SLAs, accuracy standards, response expectations, and CSAT targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure seamless customer experience and unified communication across engagements.
