About the role

  • Communicate regularly with current and prospective clients via phone and email to understand needs, answer questions, and offer solutions.
  • Maintain and update client records and pipeline activity in Zoho CRM.
  • Provide clear explanations of software features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Follow established sales processes to consistently achieve high performance.
  • Assist with and deliver software demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Gather client, market, and competitor insights throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver targeted presentations (virtual or in person), create proposals, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar sales or account executive role
  • Hospitality industry experience or knowledge strongly preferred
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to influence decision-making and drive toward outcomes
  • Excellent active listening and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong grasp of user experience and visual design principles
