About the role
- Communicate regularly with current and prospective clients via phone and email to understand needs, answer questions, and offer solutions.
- Maintain and update client records and pipeline activity in Zoho CRM.
- Provide clear explanations of software features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Follow established sales processes to consistently achieve high performance.
- Assist with and deliver software demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Gather client, market, and competitor insights throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and deliver targeted presentations (virtual or in person), create proposals, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in a similar sales or account executive role
- Hospitality industry experience or knowledge strongly preferred
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to influence decision-making and drive toward outcomes
- Excellent active listening and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong grasp of user experience and visual design principles
