  • You identify recurring error patterns, maintain our knowledge base and thus sustainably reduce the error rate.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student: You are currently registered in a university program (Bachelor or Master).
  • Communication talent: You have an excellent command of German (spoken and written) and remain empathetic even under pressure.
  • Organized problem-solver: You work in a structured way and enjoy understanding complex processes.
  • Hands-on mentality: You want to get things done, take on responsibility and understand the "why" behind a process.
  • Bonus: It puts a smile on our faces if you already have some experience with the support software Zendesk.
  • You have a passion for cars and possess basic knowledge of bodywork or vehicle construction.
