- You provide comprehensive and professional support to our customers via email and phone.
- You coordinate communication with our experts from logistics, supplier management and global players in the automotive industry.
- You don't just work in the system—you work on the system.
- You optimize our workflows and increase the efficiency of the entire unit.
- You identify recurring error patterns, maintain our knowledge base and thus sustainably reduce the error rate.
Requirements
- Enrolled student: You are currently registered in a university program (Bachelor or Master).
- Communication talent: You have an excellent command of German (spoken and written) and remain empathetic even under pressure.
- Organized problem-solver: You work in a structured way and enjoy understanding complex processes.
- Hands-on mentality: You want to get things done, take on responsibility and understand the "why" behind a process.
- Bonus: It puts a smile on our faces if you already have some experience with the support software Zendesk.
- You have a passion for cars and possess basic knowledge of bodywork or vehicle construction.
