Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring goals
Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous recruiting experience required
Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Proven ability to engage, influence, and close candidates
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
