• Develop project plans and weekly status reports
• Identify and communicate project risks, key decisions, and dependencies
• Engage with key stakeholders and build effective relationships
• Gain a thorough understanding of customer’s network, information and security systems
• Manage customer communication and expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout implementations
• Provide all manner of support including installation and configuration
