• Responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of the AMOS airline maintenance software solution.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for AMOS, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and effective utilization.
• Administer and configure AMOS to support maintenance, engineering, logistics, and related business processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AMOS-related incidents, service requests, and queries from business users.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge base articles for AMOS.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of key AMOS data.
• Support compliance with EASA/FAA and other applicable regulatory requirements by ensuring AMOS configuration and records support audit-readiness, among other responsibilities.
