• Serve as executive sponsor for designated strategic airline, cargo, leasing, and aviation accounts.
• Develop and execute annual and multi-year account growth plans.
• Build executive-level relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning meetings.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and contract scope.
• Increase customer share-of-wallet through strategic account planning.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and long-term maintenance agreements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support executive leadership during customer visits and industry conferences.
