• Create, maintain, and communicate the Scrum Team roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business outcomes

Governance Operations Analyst

Actuary

• High level review to ensure quality of client deliverables including research of pension law and regulations
• Responsible for ensuring service standards remain in alignment with the expectations, guidance and direction provided by the FuturePlan Lead Actuary and organizational standards
• Serve as an expert in the valuation, administration and compliance of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans

Consultant

• Management of TPA and direct client relationships focusing on Silver service model Cash Balance plans to foster strong client retention and create “raving fan” clients.
• Manage and negotiate workflow of client projects ensuring client expectations are effectively established and met.
• Manage a book of business as defined in the annual goals.
• Request and follow-up data, trust, documents, and other information needed to complete our work in a timely fashion and minimize rushes.
