About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan sales, including plan illustrations, proposals, fee comparisons, and document change requests
- Review and accurately document changes directed by clients and internal teams
- Develop and apply product and process knowledge to anticipate and meet growth team needs and industry standards
- Communicate with partners, clients, and internal and external customers to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for the Growth team via UPS or FedEx
- Provide professional, personalized customer service through mail, email, and telephone
- Maintain extensive working knowledge of the sales CRM and generate reports for Sales, Marketing, Senior Leadership, and other departments
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate presentations, communications, conferences, video conferences, meetings, webinars, trade shows, department activities, celebrations, and other events
- Create and maintain Sales Team procedures
- Manage and maintain the CRM alongside the Salesforce Administrator
- Manage key sales applications, including configuration, operation, and integration of sales software
- Lead marketing data and analytics efforts to support sales strategy
- Provide backup to the Growth Support Specialist as needed
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a customer service, administrative, or sales role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented, accountable, analytical, multitasking, and mathematical abilities
- Strong professional communication technique and etiquette
- Associate degree in a business-related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Financial industry experience preferred
