About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Typically 3–5 years of relevant Ascensus or retirement industry experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Outlook and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and collaborative approach
