Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to internal and external clients on ERISA compliance, operational issues, plan design considerations, and correction methodologies
Conduct technical research and present findings to the team
Draft and review customized employer-level plan documents
Maintain working knowledge of Ascensus sponsored plan documents, notices, forms, and internal consulting resources
Participate in departmental or cross‐functional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
Typically 3–5 years of relevant Ascensus or retirement industry experience
Intermediate proficiency in Outlook and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and collaborative approach
