About the role
- Coordinate logistics for internal events.
- Manage virtual event platforms.
- Assist the Events Manager and Events Director for external events.
- Collaborate with Brand & Creative and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to post-event wrap-up activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years supporting or managing events in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Cvent experience required.
- Strong understanding of virtual event platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
