About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for creation and maintenance of various fund lists
- Tracking of fund/corporate actions specific to plan liability recordkeeping
- Oversight of unique/custom earnings processing, fund setup, and pricing
- Monitors and coordinates corporate action changes as necessary with the applicable Operational teams
- Responsible for oversight and maintenance of fund-specific earnings processing calendar and quality review of the processing
- Aids management and departmental teams for all projects as needed
- Interacts with vendors to ensure systems are updated properly and working as anticipated
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or industry experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in a related position in the retirement services sector
- Strong MS Office skills to include Excel
- Familiarity with nonqualified liability recordkeeping, asset trading concepts, and corporate actions
- McCamish Administration System preferred
