About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of various fund lists
  • Tracking of fund/corporate actions specific to plan liability recordkeeping
  • Oversight of unique/custom earnings processing, fund setup, and pricing
  • Monitors and coordinates corporate action changes as necessary with the applicable Operational teams
  • Responsible for oversight and maintenance of fund-specific earnings processing calendar and quality review of the processing
  • Aids management and departmental teams for all projects as needed
  • Interacts with vendors to ensure systems are updated properly and working as anticipated

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or industry experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in a related position in the retirement services sector
  • Strong MS Office skills to include Excel
  • Familiarity with nonqualified liability recordkeeping, asset trading concepts, and corporate actions
  • McCamish Administration System preferred
