Key responsibilities & impact

Provides client service to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors
Develops and maintains knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products/services
Works with Relationship Manager to deliver client satisfaction
Resolves client issues and engages clients with consulting
Communicates with team to keep all informed and aid current client strategy
Provides thorough, high-quality research and problem-solving
Delivers client retention by anticipating needs and recommending changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years direct client experience in Retirement Services industry
Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) in industry-related studies program preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with financial services systems (i.e. recordkeeping, trust, trading)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word and Excel required, Access and PowerPoint preferred
