About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional customer service in all contact interactions
- Provide advanced technical and operational assistance to IRA customers
- Assist Financial Advisors with IRA onboarding and new plan setup
- Process daily transactions including new IRA plans, distribution requests, and payroll contributions
- Monitor reports and fix processing errors
- Act as a subject matter expert for IRA-related inquiries
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2 years retirement services industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- Moderate ERISA knowledge
- Technical expertise in Operations
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective documentation and explanation of solutions
- Conflict resolution within the team
- Ability to independently make decisions on transactions
- Planning for specific tasks
- Ability to manage own tasks and conflicting priorities
- Initiative to seek additional responsibilities
- Regularly participates in projects
