About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all contact interactions
  • Provide advanced technical and operational assistance to IRA customers
  • Assist Financial Advisors with IRA onboarding and new plan setup
  • Process daily transactions including new IRA plans, distribution requests, and payroll contributions
  • Monitor reports and fix processing errors

Requirements
