About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure deliverables are met
- Manage individual case load effectively to meet and exceed departmental service goals
- Ensure system specifications match those of the plan documents via a plan rules audit
- Participate in prior recordkeeper and financial advisor calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Visio (familiarity with Access preferred)
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
