About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assists with reviewing and finalizing submitted Plan Sponsor Data in the 5500 TED Dashboard.
Assists with due diligence and new file reviews.
Reviews and uploads Schedule As into the 5500 TED Dashboard.
Prepares the Form 5500, including self-review, creating the snapshot and validating, and generating the Summary Annual Report.
Makes necessary updates on 5500s that are sent back for updates/corrections.
Assists with peer 5500 reviews to facilitate the flow of prepared 5500s.
Assists with e-filing the Form 5500.
Assists with the Form 5558 Extension process.
Assists with training associates in the 5500 process and related tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years’ experience with Health & Welfare Form 5500s preferred.
Preferred two years or more of college or related work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
For all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure associates can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual workspace and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours.
Additionally, there is an internet work speed requirement of 25 Mbps or better for individual use.
