Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate working agreement and commitment to shared objectives with team of subject matter experts, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Own delivery success and outcomes end-to-end, including accountability for results, risk mitigation, and course correction as needed.
Facilitate planning and coordination of broad organizational readiness such as launch, communication and training strategies.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled initiatives, including chatbot implementations, from discovery and design through launch, adoption, and optimization.
Build and maintain communication channels and methods to provide updates on progress to both internal and external stakeholders timely and succinctly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 6 years of project management experience within the financial services, recordkeeping or similar field of work preferred.
Knowledge and application of agile methodologies preferred.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect execution to broader business goals and long-term impact.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT) to streamline analysis, documentation, and communication.
Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to the implementation of AI-enabled solutions, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or intelligent automation.
