💰 $70,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Provide consulting services to internal and external clients on technical, plan design and corrections issues
- Conduct presentations at the ERISA technical consulting meeting or other internal ERISA department training
- Review, audit, and update existing training modules
- Demonstrate a functional knowledge of Ascensus documents and plan forms
- Independently perform fee-for-service consultations and basic external fee-for-service consultations
- Complete basic technical research projects and present findings
- Analyze and interpret legislative, statutory, regulatory, or case law guidance
Requirements
- 5 years of Ascensus experience or 7 years industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Special Consideration given for CEBS, QKA, QPA, CPC preferred
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Outlook and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
- Demonstrate excellent client service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
