About the role
- Review incoming plan sponsor data from the brokers and plan sponsors.
- Provide the broker and/or plan sponsors with access to Wrangle’s database.
- Review and respond with approval or questions to incoming plan sponsor data.
- Perform regular checks to ensure auto reports are being sent out appropriately.
- Follow Wrangle’s Best Practices Form 5500 Timeline, responding to emails in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Primary responsibility is to review incoming plan sponsor data from the brokers and plan sponsors.
- Interaction is primarily with the brokers, plan sponsors and Wrangle staff.
- Emails from the brokers should be responded to within four (4) hours of receiving them.
- The review should involve comparing the data received to last year’s information.
- Perform due diligence checks on new to Wrangle plan sponsors and 5500s.
- Assist and support Consultants, 5500 Specialists and Data Collections – Carrier Facing as necessary and as directed by the office manager to optimize the Wrangle process.
