About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review incoming plan sponsor data from the brokers and plan sponsors.
  • Provide the broker and/or plan sponsors with access to Wrangle’s database.
  • Review and respond with approval or questions to incoming plan sponsor data.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure auto reports are being sent out appropriately.
  • Follow Wrangle’s Best Practices Form 5500 Timeline, responding to emails in a timely manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Primary responsibility is to review incoming plan sponsor data from the brokers and plan sponsors.
  • Interaction is primarily with the brokers, plan sponsors and Wrangle staff.
  • Emails from the brokers should be responded to within four (4) hours of receiving them.
  • The review should involve comparing the data received to last year’s information.
  • Perform due diligence checks on new to Wrangle plan sponsors and 5500s.
  • Assist and support Consultants, 5500 Specialists and Data Collections – Carrier Facing as necessary and as directed by the office manager to optimize the Wrangle process.
