About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage relationships for financial institution clients and the insurance portfolios
Ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
Present proactive solutions to the client
Collaborate closely with reporting teams, application technology, consulting teams, and external advisors
Maintain regular and frequent communication with clients and advisors
Coordinate client meetings and discussions, both virtual and in person
Assist with technical client issues and projects as needed
Lead efforts to onboard new clients and coordinate internally
Serve as the client and product resource and lead the service team in all reporting and service needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 8 years’ experience working within the insurance, banking, or financial services industries
Familiar with insurance concepts, practices and procedures
Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
