About the role
- Support the Talent Acquisition department in creating and maintaining relationships with high performing, active/passive talent through various media and non-media tools and avenues
- Assist in defining, designing and implementing the Sourcing Strategy for building/managing talent pools
- Partner with TA Director and TA Consultants by participating on intake sessions
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling/e-mailing, professional networking, and data mining
- Manage/updates candidates in various systems and provide weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of Sourcing experience
- Proficiency with social media
- Proficiency with MS Office and database systems
- Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
