Lead design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and DevOps best practices.
Architect and maintain scalable, resilient, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using tools like Terraform.
Enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting systems to improve reliability and reduce operational toil.
Partner with Dev, SRE, Architecture, and QA teams to support feature delivery, performance, and system stability.
Drive automation across build, deployment, configuration, and environment management workflows.
Evaluate emerging tools, patterns, and practices to keep AGS on the cutting edge of DevOps maturity.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to DevOps engineers and cross-functional partners.
Support production environments, including on-call participation as necessary.

Requirements

8+ years of DevOps experience in a major tech organization or large-scale enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in: Cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred).
CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Containerization & orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of microservices architectures, networking, load balancing, and security.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
