Serve as primary point of contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts, including qualified and non-qualified plans sponsored by Fortune 500 companies
Nurture long standing client relationships and deliver high-quality responsive service
Lead onboarding of new accounts, gather information and coordinate account opening process
Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration
Direct Trust Administrators in processing trades, wire transfers, checks, plan sub-accounting, and reconciliations
Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts and Attorneys
Present annual account reviews and participate in internal planning meetings
Facilitate participant communications related to employer stock funds and distributions
Promote procedural prudence, retain records and respond to audit inquiries
Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Trust system experience preferred (e.g., SEI’s Trust3000)
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other retirement industry certificates preferred
Client service oriented, personable, team player, proactive problem solver
Resourceful, independent, integrity, time management, detail oriented
Willingness to travel up to 5%
For virtual remote positions: uninterrupted virtual workspace and family care in place during business hours
Internet speed requirement: 25 Mbps or better for individual use; hardwire equipment for call center roles where required
