About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Craft a forward-looking editorial calendar and author high-impact content, including town halls and video scripts, translating the CEO’s narrative across the organization
  • Act as a core thought partner to executive leadership and forge a unified internal narrative connecting organizational priorities to daily associate work
  • Design agile workflows and communications infrastructure
  • Directly lead, coach and empower a high-performing team to deliver quality at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
  • Solid experience in internal or executive communications, with meaningful experience supporting C-suite
  • Experience in healthcare or large, complex organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field strongly preferred
