About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement large-scale national operations activities for supplies and services to ensure standardized efficiency and delivery excellence across the enterprise
Direct performance management and optimization of national logistics service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements and peak supply chain performance
Develop dashboards and lead quarterly business reviews to identify continuous improvement opportunities and track national logistics workstreams
Deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership on operational process refinements and new technology integration, using field feedback and data analysis
Oversee technical onboarding of new customers and supply chain associates onto software platforms to support system adoption, growth strategies, and operational savings targets
Manage associate performance through hiring, training, onboarding, professional development, coaching, and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Master's degree preferred
