Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations
3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams
Proven track record supporting enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services: BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Looker
Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams
