About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Populate MD Staff for new providers and ensure ACVS files meet managed care criteria
  • Submit credentialed rosters to delegated payers
  • Complete and submit CAQH payer applications for non-delegated payers
  • Process and submit monthly provider data updates and changes in MD Staff
  • Follow up with payers for timely loading and run delegated audit rosters
  • Manage payer enrollment/EPriv in MD Staff
  • Handle Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and revalidation
  • Create, maintain, and audit the provider database
  • Communicate plan information alerts
  • Stay abreast of and communicate regulatory changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
  • 2 years of payer enrollment with managed care experience preferred
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Computer savvy and fluent with spreadsheets, Excel and Google Sheets
  • MD Staff preferred
