Key responsibilities & impact

Own and optimize enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms
Ensure availability, performance, and resiliency of critical business applications
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex Layer 4–7 traffic management and application delivery issues
Lead root-cause analysis and restore service in high-availability production environments
Drive continuous improvement across F5, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI platforms through automation, optimization, application onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
8–10+ years of experience in network engineering, with significant focus on load balancing and application delivery
Proven experience operating in large-scale, enterprise environments
Expert-level hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP platform
Expert-level hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC
Expert-level hands-on experience with VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI)
Strong expertise in Layer 4–7 protocols (HTTP/S, TCP, UDP, SSL/TLS, DNS)
Expertise in load balancing methods, persistence, and traffic steering
Expertise in SSL offloading and certificate management
Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier application issues
F5 certifications (CTS or higher)
Citrix ADC certifications (CCA-N / CCP-N or higher)
VMware NSX / AVI-related certifications
2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
