About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the physical infrastructure, facility operations, and strategic responsibilities across hospitals, clinics, and the health system.
- Ensure quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and organizational goals are met.
- Develop long-term facilities strategies aligned with the organization's mission and growth.
- Assess and manage risks effectively to protect the organization's interests.
- Manage innovation and foster a culture of creativity to remain competitive and adapt to change.
- Make key financial decisions, analyzing and aligning the capital budget with capital and operational needs.
- Ensure the departments meet best practices, regulatory guidelines, and building codes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Engineer preferred.
- Education: Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management. OR 7 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
