Talent Acquisition Manager
Ascension Recovery ServicesTalent Acquisition Manager leading talent acquisition for behavioral healthcare programs at Ascension Recovery Services. Overseeing full-cycle recruitment and developing recruiting strategies for operational teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for clinical, medical, operational, leadership, and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
- Monitor recruiting workloads and prioritize open positions based on organizational needs.
- Conduct regular recruiting meetings with operational leadership.
- Review recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, schools, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and executive-level recruiting metrics.
- Evaluate recruiting workflows and implement process improvements.
- Support new facility openings, acquisitions, and organizational expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with executive and leadership recruitment as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting leadership or management experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience.
- Multi-state recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
