About the role

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our reach, increase referrals, and foster community engagement
  • Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual mission targets
  • Create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development goals
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field
  • Proven success in business development within healthcare or addiction treatment, including 3+ years of experience in a strategic role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and a valid driver’s license
