About the role
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our reach, increase referrals, and foster community engagement
- Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual mission targets
- Create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business development goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Forge strong partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders
- Educate team members and referral sources about company services
- Represent the centers at industry conferences and networking events
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of our programs and services
- Drive admissions, revenue, and program development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field
- Proven success in business development within healthcare or addiction treatment, including 3+ years of experience in a strategic role
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and a valid driver’s license
