About the role
- Provide financial support for Ascension joint ventures, both consolidated and unconsolidated.
- Manage assigned markets and be responsible for all joint venture activity within those markets.
- Support the financial performance and reporting for assigned joint ventures.
- Manage monthly close process for joint ventures through review, analysis, and coordination with key stakeholders.
- Review Blackline reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of account activity.
- Review work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with financial projects, analysis, and ongoing operational needs.
- Serve as the financial contact for assigned markets.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to think critically.
- Comfortable reviewing complex financial information.
