About the role

  • Analyze and interpret data from electronic work queues related to pre-registration, registration, and scheduling processes
  • Identify workflow variances, stoppages, and bottlenecks, and report findings to operational leadership
  • Monitor data accuracy and timing throughout the registration process to ensure accounts are complete and ready for service
  • Collaborate with registration and access teams to recommend process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Provide performance reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and accountability
  • Ensure completeness of front-end data to support accurate billing and collections downstream

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient access, or workflow analysis
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills to evaluate processes and interpret workflow data
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data analysis and dashboard development
  • Understanding of work queue management concepts and front-end revenue cycle operations
