About the role
- Partners with executives to manage meeting outcomes/action items, presentation development, and other communications deliverables ensuring that time is spent in areas that further the organization’s goals.
- Leads project management of assigned projects including resource coordination, planning, stakeholder communication and implementation.
- Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects.
- Engages leadership to design and implement continuous improvement across solution and community operations.
- Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective executive leader.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

- A Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc).
