About the role
- Drive qualified revenue growth while protecting client quality and long-term retention
- Own and drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → demo → close → handoff
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain strong pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Enforce strict client qualification based on ABS Sales Manifesto
- Continuously improve demo structure and sales process optimization
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to inform sales strategy
Requirements
- Mid-level experience
- Proven record in sales management
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and conversion techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize processes
- Excellent communication skills in client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
