About the role

  • Translate leadership strategy into structured project plans
  • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and measurable success metrics
  • Build implementation roadmaps with clear accountability
  • Assign responsibilities and enforce deadlines

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience building systems or processes from scratch
  • Strong understanding of KPI tracking and operational metrics
  • Experience in service-based organizations
  • Healthcare or home care industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience in scaling or growth-stage organizations (preferred)
