About the role
- Translate leadership strategy into structured project plans
- Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and measurable success metrics
- Build implementation roadmaps with clear accountability
- Assign responsibilities and enforce deadlines
- Identify risks early and escalate blockers proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Lead structured project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
- Align Sales → Recruitment → Training → Operations → Client Success handoffs
- Ensure KPIs are aligned across departments
- Build and standardize SOP frameworks for new services
- Implement structured workflows within CRM, HRIS, and reporting systems
- Define measurable KPIs per initiative
- Track weekly progress and provide leadership dashboards
- Define required roles and team structure when launching new services
Requirements
- 3–7 years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience building systems or processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of KPI tracking and operational metrics
- Experience in service-based organizations
- Healthcare or home care industry experience (preferred)
- Experience in scaling or growth-stage organizations (preferred)
