About the role
- Support and/or lead implementation, maintenance, configuration/parameterization and functional support activities for educational modules
- Ensure adherence to the institution's academic processes
- Perform analysis, configuration/parameterization and support of TOTVS RM Educacional in: course structures, curricular matrices and subjects, academic calendar, enrollment rules, course withdrawal/leave of absence, dependencies/prerequisites and credit recognition
- Interact with internal teams and clients via support tickets to address and align requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst for TOTVS RM Educacional in the following modules: Academic, Enrollment, Class Register (Diário de Classe), Assessments, Educational Finance (integration with RM Backoffice is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of academic processes
- Knowledge of process modeling and requirements elicitation
- Experience with configuration/parameterization, master data setup, business rules and use of the RM report generator
- Basic SQL database knowledge for queries and analysis
- Experience with integrations between RM Educacional and other RM modules
- Basic knowledge of SmartView or data extraction for BI (a plus)
- Availability to work remotely under a cooperative/contractor (PJ) arrangement
