About the role

  • Lead the HR function at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Structure and advance the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Design and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plan.
  • Lead and develop the People & Culture team (Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, HR Administration).
  • Establish HR policies, processes, and metrics (onboarding, performance, employee engagement).
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership.
  • Ensure labor law compliance and best practices in employee relations.
  • Lead training and development programs.
  • Strengthen company culture, engagement, and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in technology companies.
  • Generalist experience across Recruitment & Selection, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and HR routines under the CLT employment regime.
  • Experience implementing and structuring HR processes, policies, and metrics.
  • Previous experience as a strategic business partner to leadership.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model in Brasília.
  • Prior experience in software, technology companies, or startups.
  • Experience applying agile methodologies to HR projects.
  • Familiarity with digital HR tools and systems.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related fields.
