About the role
- Lead the HR function at a fast-growing technology company.
- Structure and advance the entire employee lifecycle.
- Design and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plan.
- Lead and develop the People & Culture team (Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, HR Administration).
- Establish HR policies, processes, and metrics (onboarding, performance, employee engagement).
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership.
- Ensure labor law compliance and best practices in employee relations.
- Lead training and development programs.
- Strengthen company culture, engagement, and internal communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in technology companies.
- Generalist experience across Recruitment & Selection, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and HR routines under the CLT employment regime.
- Experience implementing and structuring HR processes, policies, and metrics.
- Previous experience as a strategic business partner to leadership.
- Availability for a hybrid work model in Brasília.
- Prior experience in software, technology companies, or startups.
- Experience applying agile methodologies to HR projects.
- Familiarity with digital HR tools and systems.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related fields.
