Virtual Selling Branch Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive New Revenue: Actively prospect, cold-call, and secure new client partnerships through proactive outbound sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new light industrial staffing opportunities within assigned regions.
- Expand Existing Accounts: Deepen relationships with existing clients to uncover hidden staffing needs, cross-sell services, and maximize wallet share.
- Strategic Client Reviews: Lead in-person Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for high-value clients to ensure performance alignment, high retention, and long-term satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for clients, resolving service issues with urgency, professional acumen, and a consulting mindset.
- Operational Oversight: Provide leadership, guidance, and daily performance targets to on-site branch teams and recruiting staff across multiple locations.
- Fulfillment Metrics: Partner with local recruiting teams to ensure job orders are filled efficiently, tracking daily fill rates, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Tech-Driven Sourcing: Leverage ATS, CRM, and AI-based sourcing tools to optimize regional talent pipelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of proven success in outbound sales (cold calling, prospecting, and closing new business).
- Strong sales acumen with a natural desire to hunt for new logos while simultaneously owning and growing client relationships.
- High operational agility; ability to seamlessly transition from an outbound sales pitch to managing branch operations and client fulfillment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for client QBRs and on-site relationship development.
- Background or familiarity with light industrial staffing.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
