About the role
- Lead Ascend’s go-to-market and sales strategy across the West Coast
- Own new logo acquisition within the region, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Shape and execute sales operations and processes, including pitch development and deal strategy
- Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified regional pipeline and partner closely with implementation teams
- Represent Ascend externally, contributing to conferences and broader marketing efforts
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of healthcare product / services sales experience
- Experience selling to FQHCs (preferred), RHCs, health systems, Medicaid organizations, or public-sector buyers
- Proven closer in long, complex sales cycles
- Experience operating within a structured sales process
- Regional market knowledge and relationships preferred (e.g., west coast)
