About the role

  • Lead Ascend’s go-to-market and sales strategy across the West Coast
  • Own new logo acquisition within the region, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Shape and execute sales operations and processes, including pitch development and deal strategy
  • Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified regional pipeline and partner closely with implementation teams
  • Represent Ascend externally, contributing to conferences and broader marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of healthcare product / services sales experience
  • Experience selling to FQHCs (preferred), RHCs, health systems, Medicaid organizations, or public-sector buyers
  • Proven closer in long, complex sales cycles
  • Experience operating within a structured sales process
  • Regional market knowledge and relationships preferred (e.g., west coast)
