Key responsibilities & impact

Managing client relationships
Supervising, reviewing, and providing on-the-job training for staff
Performing all tasks of the assurance engagements when needed
Leading client engagements and ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness of audit engagements
Delivering quality internal and external client service
Focusing on solutions and problem solving creatively to assist team members in achieving department goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
Active CPA in good standing
6+ years of increasing levels of responsibility in public accounting
Experience in Government and Single Audit financial statement audits with a CPA firm
Demonstrably strong leadership skills
Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
